Dentistry for the Whole Family!

Welcome to Kenosha Breeze Family Dental

We are a team of dental professionals located in Broken Arrow, and our mission is to provide a trustworthy and comfortable dental “home” for you and your family. We know that your level of comfort is directly related to our trustworthiness. We understand that each individual is just that: an individual. We believe that each person who walks into our office has different areas of risk, different needs and different goals for his or her oral health.

At Kenosha Breeze Family Dental, you are not just a number. We treat you as the individual you are, with customized recommendations based on your unique needs as opposed to a standardized treatment plan. This happens through our pursuit of great communication, thorough information-gathering and lifelong education. Our team of dental professionals knows that these three things are essential in order to provide you with the highest quality of dental care.

1

Communication

We listen. We want to know the things about you that could affect your dental health. This may include medical conditions, prior dental experiences, current habits, and even anxiety about dental work. In order to treat you with excellence, we hear you first.

2

Evaluation

We gather information. Information gathering includes a visual examination, the appropriate images with both radiographs (x-rays) and close-up photos, and measurements of your gums. All of this information gives us a complete picture of your oral health.

3

Education

We keep learning. Each provider is committed to lifelong learning and is highly trained in the latest technologies, materials and techniques in dentistry. This advanced education allows our dentists to give you a range of treatment options to treat most dental concerns.

Now welcoming new patients!

Take control of your health and get the personalized care you deserve.

What to expect at your first visit

Your first visit at Kenosha Breeze Family Dental consists of three important parts:

Comprehensive Oral Evaluation

Comprehensive Oral Evaluation

In order to give you the best dental care possible, we need to understand your current state of oral health. We will gather comprehensive information about your mouth, gums, teeth, and jaws through an oral evaluation by one of our dentists, digital images, and measurements of your gums. Our thorough evaluation includes assessing the health of the teeth and gums, as well as an oral cancer screening and a TMJ examination.

Professional Teeth Cleaning

Professional Teeth Cleaning

You will also see one of our skilled dental hygienists for a gentle, yet thorough, professional teeth cleaning. This cleaning will remove all of the bacterial buildup from the teeth, thus giving you a “clean slate” for your home care. Professional teeth cleanings give you fresh breath, healthier gums, and a lower risk for cavities.

Treatment Recommendations

Treatment Recommendations

If the information we gather shows any dental concerns (both those you are aware of and those you may not know), we will put together a plan with multiple treatment options. The goal of dental treatment is to stop the progression of dental diseases and prevent future disease from developing. Our treatment recommendations always include patient education. When you understand your dental problems, you can make good, educated decisions on which treatment option is best for you.

Our Dental Services

At Kenosha Breeze Family Dental, our doctors are highly skilled in each discipline in dentistry.
We also work with dental specialists when necessary to accomplish complex treatment needs. The following are only some of the services we provide in our office. You can read more about each service by clicking the associated link.

  • Fillings

Fillings repair cavities, which are bacterial infections that destroy hard tooth structure by softening it through the process of tooth decay. In order to stop a cavity from continuing to grow, we remove the decayed tooth structure and replace it with a tooth-colored filling material. The filling restores the tooth to its original shape and function.

  • Crowns and Bridges

Crowns and bridges are dental treatments that replace missing tooth structure in order to restore normal function. A crown completely covers an existing tooth that has suffered damage from decay or injury, and a bridge replaces one or more missing teeth.

  • Emergency Dental Treatments

Whether it is an injury or a severe toothache, emergencies happen. We reserve time each day in our schedules to accommodate emergency patients. Emergency treatment may involve repairing an injury or addressing a dangerous dental infection. Because emergencies are unpredictable, all of our doctors are fully equipped to deal with any emergency that may arise.

  • Root Canal Therapy

Root canal therapy is a treatment designed to prevent the loss of infected teeth. A root canal treats the internal hollow chamber within a tooth where the blood vessels and nerves reside. When bacteria reaches this inner chamber through an injury or a large cavity, a root canal removes the infection and seals the tooth from further contamination.

  • TMJ/TMD

Did you know the TemporoMandibular Joint(TMJ) is the most complex joint in the human body? TMD refers to a dysfunction of the jaw joints and can be difficult to treat. Proper diagnosis is key to finding the right treatment for your TMJ dysfunction. Treatment ranges widely from a protective nighttime appliance to braces and jaw surgery.

  • Wisdom Teeth Extractions

Wisdom teeth are a set of molars that most people do not have room for in their mouths. For this reason, your dentist may recommend their extraction either before or after they break through the gums. It is very common for wisdom teeth extractions to occur during the teenage years, which allows for a simple surgery and quick healing.

  • Dentures

Dentures are removable dental appliances that replace missing teeth. Full dentures have been the traditional treatment option for someone who has lost all of his or her natural teeth. Typically made with a pink-colored acrylic base and plastic teeth, dentures rely on a suction effect and good muscle control to stay in place during speaking and eating.

  • Implants

Dental implants provide the most natural replacement of a missing tooth available in dentistry today. An implant acts as a root replacement and anchors directly into the patient’s jawbone for the highest level of stability and function.

  • Extractions

Extractions are necessary when a tooth has a poor or hopeless long-term prognosis. When restoring the tooth back to function is unlikely to be successful, your dentist will recommend removing the tooth with an extraction. Extractions remove the bacterial source of a dental abscess and prevent the dangerous spread of infection.

  • Veneers

Veneers are porcelain overlays that cover the visible surface of teeth to transform your smile. This cosmetic dental procedure can create instant whitening and straightening, giving you the smile you have always wanted. Veneers can cover minor smile problems like staining, spaces, mild crowding, and misshapen teeth.

You can learn more about veneers here
  • Teeth Whitening Options

Teeth whitening is the fastest and least expensive way to improve your smile! With professional teeth whitening, you can achieve a brighter smile in just a single dental visit. We also offer whitening options for you to use at home.

  • Preventive Dental Care

Almost every dental disease is preventable. Rather than waiting until a problem arises, our dentists provide preventive treatment options to stop cavities and gum disease before they start. Any treatment that lowers your risk for dental problems is preventive. This includes professional teeth cleanings, dental sealants, fluoride treatments, protective nightguard appliances, and more.
